Diet ideas - Eating to lose weight!

Eat to lost weight! I know that statement sounds completely ridiculous, but it actually makes sense when you break it down. When you allow yourself to go for a long time with out eating anything.

Your stomach goes into what is termed starvation mode. When this occurs your body will turn any significant calories you ingest right into fat.

So if you are going to eat anyways, you might as well wake up and eat something very small so you can keep your body from going into starvation mode.

I recommend if your going to eat any fruit, do so in the morning and on an empty stomach.

By eating something in the morning you will keep your body in a constant mode of efficient calorie burning. The idea is kind of like a conveyor belt. You can easily damage and or jam a conveyor belt by overloading it.

If you have one overflowing load coming down the belt than your a lot more likely to jam. But, by spreading out the loads into more bite sized chunks, your belt will always run smooth and it will never jam.

Now that you have the idea about how much to eat, lets get into what kinds of foods to eat. See, I feel that one of the reasons why we are constantly trying and failing at all these random BS diets is that all those plans which are really nothing but fads are all centered around one area of concern like for instance how often you eat or what you eat.

And if you want to succeed at becoming healthy and staying healthy is that you need to focus on several different paths all at the same time. And that's aside from exercise.
