Eating low acid to lose weight

So stay away from certain types of meat and if you do feel the craving for some I recommend acquiring yourself some game meat. That way you know that the animal you are eating did not die under horrible circumstances.

When you buy produce, if you can afford it try to buy organic, I know that it is more expensive, but the fact that they are pesticide and hormone free it will give you piece of mind that you are eating something that is truly healthy and not just a trick that seems healthy but in truth is really far from it.

Last But not least I will talk a little bit about snacking and temptation. We all have moments of failure but we all our smart enough to know that when you fall off the bandwagon you get back on. And eating to lose weight is no different than anything else.

Look I am not one of those ignorant health nuts that believe that by giving you a little pep talk about the reasons why you should do this and that and expect you to go a long with it a believe everything I say down to the tee to the point where you will follow it down to a tee. No I believe that you need to see results for yourself and the only way to get results is by failing.

See until you actually get the result you are always failing. And if you can't keep the results whats the good in putting so much expended energy into it in the first place. So if you have a moment where you succumb to temptation and you find yourself standing inside a McDonald's about to order a double big mac with extra fies and a shake, don't give up.

Never lose sight of your goal, even if it seems far away. Or even if it seems like you can't do it now matter what you try you can't get yourself to eat the way you know you should, than trick yourself. If you feel that you have to have something sweet than eat some fruit. I know it may not be what you are craving, but after you eat it I bet you will be more than satisfied. Especially is you are really hungry.

Some people cannot see what all the whuplah is over fruit. But try eating an orange when you are truly starving instead of after you already ate. It tastes excellent doesn't it.
Don't worry about what your habits are you first couple of weeks. It takes at least thirty days to make a habit. The idea is to start making a positive healthy habit which is eating small portions through out the day.

Never let yourself get to hungry. What you want is to be in the middle of hungry and full at all times. You never want to be too much one way or the the other. Think about it like a gas tank, you never want it to have to much gas in it. And at the exact same time you don't want to have to little. you got to have a middle ground where your gas tank runs smooth, just like you want to run your body. And sticking with the analogy what you put in your tank is also very important. have you even noticed when you fill up you gas tank with regular gas how crappy your vehicle runs. And than when you put in premium gas your car runs right and smooth.

If you put super foods that are rich in chlorophyll in your body than you will find yourself running a lot smoother. And the same goes for junk food, if you eat it you will run slower.
Also you should altogether ban places like Starbucks, ice cream parlors and other places that sell a bunch of syrupy sugar laden items. Only go into Starbucks for water. And if they ask you why such a prominent and healthy looking person like yourself does not buy any coffee sugar bombs than tell them that you have a condition that will not allow you to partake in such fool tweakery. And it its true that condition is the empowerment that you give yourself when you use your good judgment when choosing what and how much to eat.

And last thing before i sign off. One of the most effective ways to watch the pounds roll off like water, is by drinking a lot of water. One time I met a man on the bus who told me the story of how about a year before he was was so overweight that he was about to under go bypass surgery because he had tried all the fad diets and they had left him even more unhealthy than when he started. i looked at him and said wow what the hell happened.

I was so surprised because he looked like a perfect healthy human being to me. I could not even tell that he had ever been fat. So I asked him what his secret was. He said well other than staying away from sugar and a small amount of exercise each morning all i do is drink a lot of this and he showed me that he had a gallon of water that was more than half empty.

So let me stress if you want to lose some serous weight or even if you want to just plain have more energy. Start a exercise regiment, stay away from additives, packaged food and any type of sugar other than fruit, and high amounts of carbs, eat natural dietary fats like omega three which you can get from fish and flak seed and last but not least drink between 1-2 gallons of water a day.
