How diet effects mental and physical function

So the reason why you have been told to eat food that is not healthy for you is completely unfathomable to me except for maybe because it will keep America undergoing a consistent state of health related deceases so the government can sell you prescription drugs as well. If you think about it your ill health is to their benefit.

Our children are diagnosed with all sorts of mental health problems and we wonder why. Well ask yourself do you truly know what the effects of all the crap that's in some of the stuff that you feed your child. I understand that the corporate execs, putting out the food know the effects, but as your self, do you know?

The obvious answer is no. So what we need to do if we want to end our dependence on prescriptions both for mental and physical health reasons than we will stop feeding our selves and our kin anything that is manufactured and packaged.

Really, what I feed my sons and daughters is nothing but fruit and vegetables and fish. But I can understand that it is not always easy for somebody to go to those extremes.

Really what I would start with is replacing everything in your fridge and cabinets with food that does not come in a a package. At first until you know what to look for, EVERYTHING you buy other than some meat, should be bought out of a bin or on a produce rack. And try to avoid any surgery items.

Eating a lot of sugar at one time over and over again through out you life is how you die young and get diabetes. For instance the original owners of Baskin and Robbins all either became a diabetic or died early some as early as their fifties. While on the other extreme, there are people who eat nothing but raw food and good deal of them live to be over a 100.

But like I said I cannot expect you to eat nothing but raw food. For the most part though. Its good to cut out even a lot of meats. I don't eat red meat not only for health reasons (though I do have a number of good health reasons not to, like the fact that red meat sits in your stomach for weeks after ingesting.) but also I avoid almost all types of meat because other than fish because of the way the animals are treated. I won't go into how they are treated in here, but I will tell you that I saw some videos inside slaughterhouses that made me want to never eat a piece of animal flesh ever again.

A good ear doctor is hard to find

Earaches are one of the most dreaded ailments. Simply having a little water in your ear can be very annoying, much less an infection of some sort. Otitis, an inflammation of the inner ear can cause not only pain, but some lose of hearing.

Otitis comes in different types. Acute otitis can lead to infection of a viral nature where a bacteria can actually begin to foster. These are conditions even more common with children and infants who often get a form of this condition on a regular basis until they reach older age.

It's a shame too because the drug manufacture will send reps to the offices of the doctors in virtually all areas and they will give doctors incentives for writing prescriptions for their products. Incentives may or may not include some kind of cash gifting but are in no way limited to that.

Doctors may recieve trips, dinners and other luxery gifts in exchange for their services. Many in the pharma industry consider doctors to be their biggest marketing tool.

When having a problem like Otitis earache or infection, it is always a good idea to minitor your condition closely and in pain occures, it is probably time to get a prescription, but at the same time, be aware of what your doctor prescribes. Do your own research and find out for yourself the most common and most effective treatments are for your ailments. With the internet available you can glean a wealth of information in such a short time, there is no reason for us all not to know a little bit out maintaining our best health condition.

Taking care of your body is important universally. The best way is through prevention. Remember that, even with an ear infection, diet can play a major role. Your health all depends on what goes into your body to begin with.

If you put cancerous fried foods with no live enzymes and good bacterias and needed antibodies and good oils, you can't expect your body to maintain flexibility and "greeness" of youth and perfect health.

The effects of a non toxic diet

Last, but not least, I will talk a little bit about snacking and temptation. We all have moments of failure but we all are smart enough to know that when you fall off the bandwagon you get back on. And eating to lose weight is no different than anything else.

Look I am not one of those ignorant health nuts that believe that by giving you a little pep talk about the reasons why you should do this and that and expect you to go along with it and believe everything I say down to the T, to the point where you will follow it down to a T.

No I believe that you need to see results for yourself and the only way to get results is by failing. See until you actually get the result you are always failing. And if you can't keep the results whats the good in putting so much expended energy into it in the first place.

So if you have a moment where you succumb to temptation and you find yourself standing inside a McDonald's, about to order a double big mac with extra fries and a shake, don't give up. Never lose sight of your goal, even if it seems far away. Or even if it seems like you can't do it now matter what you try you can't get yourself to eat the way you know you should, than trick yourself. If you feel that you have to have something sweet than eat some fruit.

I know it may not be what you are craving, but after you eat it I bet you will be more than satisfied. Especially is you are really hungry. Some people cannot see what all the hooplah is over fruit. But try eating an orange when you are truly starving instead of after you already ate. It tastes excellent, doesn't it?

Diet ideas - Eating to lose weight!

Eat to lost weight! I know that statement sounds completely ridiculous, but it actually makes sense when you break it down. When you allow yourself to go for a long time with out eating anything.

Your stomach goes into what is termed starvation mode. When this occurs your body will turn any significant calories you ingest right into fat.

So if you are going to eat anyways, you might as well wake up and eat something very small so you can keep your body from going into starvation mode.

I recommend if your going to eat any fruit, do so in the morning and on an empty stomach.

By eating something in the morning you will keep your body in a constant mode of efficient calorie burning. The idea is kind of like a conveyor belt. You can easily damage and or jam a conveyor belt by overloading it.

If you have one overflowing load coming down the belt than your a lot more likely to jam. But, by spreading out the loads into more bite sized chunks, your belt will always run smooth and it will never jam.

Now that you have the idea about how much to eat, lets get into what kinds of foods to eat. See, I feel that one of the reasons why we are constantly trying and failing at all these random BS diets is that all those plans which are really nothing but fads are all centered around one area of concern like for instance how often you eat or what you eat.

And if you want to succeed at becoming healthy and staying healthy is that you need to focus on several different paths all at the same time. And that's aside from exercise.

Eating low acid to lose weight

So stay away from certain types of meat and if you do feel the craving for some I recommend acquiring yourself some game meat. That way you know that the animal you are eating did not die under horrible circumstances.

When you buy produce, if you can afford it try to buy organic, I know that it is more expensive, but the fact that they are pesticide and hormone free it will give you piece of mind that you are eating something that is truly healthy and not just a trick that seems healthy but in truth is really far from it.

Last But not least I will talk a little bit about snacking and temptation. We all have moments of failure but we all our smart enough to know that when you fall off the bandwagon you get back on. And eating to lose weight is no different than anything else.

Never lose sight of your goal, even if it seems far away. Or even if it seems like you can't do it now matter what you try you can't get yourself to eat the way you know you should, than trick yourself. If you feel that you have to have something sweet than eat some fruit. I know it may not be what you are craving, but after you eat it I bet you will be more than satisfied. Especially is you are really hungry.

Some people cannot see what all the whuplah is over fruit. But try eating an orange when you are truly starving instead of after you already ate. It tastes excellent doesn't it.
Don't worry about what your habits are you first couple of weeks. It takes at least thirty days to make a habit. The idea is to start making a positive healthy habit which is eating small portions through out the day.

Never let yourself get to hungry. What you want is to be in the middle of hungry and full at all times. You never want to be too much one way or the the other. Think about it like a gas tank, you never want it to have to much gas in it. And at the exact same time you don't want to have to little. you got to have a middle ground where your gas tank runs smooth, just like you want to run your body. And sticking with the analogy what you put in your tank is also very important. have you even noticed when you fill up you gas tank with regular gas how crappy your vehicle runs. And than when you put in premium gas your car runs right and smooth.

If you put super foods that are rich in chlorophyll in your body than you will find yourself running a lot smoother. And the same goes for junk food, if you eat it you will run slower.
Also you should altogether ban places like Starbucks, ice cream parlors and other places that sell a bunch of syrupy sugar laden items. Only go into Starbucks for water. And if they ask you why such a prominent and healthy looking person like yourself does not buy any coffee sugar bombs than tell them that you have a condition that will not allow you to partake in such fool tweakery. And it its true that condition is the empowerment that you give yourself when you use your good judgment when choosing what and how much to eat.

And last thing before i sign off. One of the most effective ways to watch the pounds roll off like water, is by drinking a lot of water. One time I met a man on the bus who told me the story of how about a year before he was was so overweight that he was about to under go bypass surgery because he had tried all the fad diets and they had left him even more unhealthy than when he started. i looked at him and said wow what the hell happened.

I was so surprised because he looked like a perfect healthy human being to me. I could not even tell that he had ever been fat. So I asked him what his secret was. He said well other than staying away from sugar and a small amount of exercise each morning all i do is drink a lot of this and he showed me that he had a gallon of water that was more than half empty.

So let me stress if you want to lose some serous weight or even if you want to just plain have more energy. Start a exercise regiment, stay away from additives, packaged food and any type of sugar other than fruit, and high amounts of carbs, eat natural dietary fats like omega three which you can get from fish and flak seed and last but not least drink between 1-2 gallons of water a day.
